Ahh can you smell it? April is here, The month of freshness everywhere you look it’s spring where it’s cold, And dry season where it’s hot, Soon everything around us will be colors of green,yellow,orange,red,pink and more green, Nature is starting to take it’s course once again what a beautiful site to see, Just take a minute to notice these things all around you, Nature at it’s best, Is this why i happen to love the month of April? It’s the month of new beginnings🌿🌿🌿🌿🌽🌽🌽

How many of you like cooking a meal in one pot, I mean a one pot dish like Pelau, It’s a Trini thing, I enjoy making this delicious any day of the week meal, Of course it must have that dark caramelized color we call stew, Whatever meat you decide to use and don’t forget that pigtails yesss good and salty, Lots of fresh green seasoning, As for me it’s not perfect unless I add maggi all purpose and a pinch of salt butter, There’s a similar dish to this in Louisiana called Jumbolia, But for me one pot dishes are excellent👌👌👌🍷🍷🍷🍷
